1. Llevo aquí un mes y no le he visto todavía.

I´ve been here for a month and I haven´t seen him yet.

 

In spite of having been here for a month, I haven´t seen him yet.

 

 

2. ¿Qué hacen? (sentido qué están haciendo?

What are they doing?

 

3. Me imagino que todavía siguen nadando en la piscina.

I reckon they´re still swimming in the pool.

 

4. Llevan ya nadando tres horas

They´ve been swimming for 3 hours.

 

5. Yo ya le he visto.

I´ve already seen him.

 

6. Sigo intentando verle

I´m still trying to see him

 

7. ¿Sigues viviendo en Nueva York?

Do you still live in New York?

 

8. ¿Te has mudado ya?

Have you moved out, yet?.

 

9. Todavía vivo en Nueva York. Me mudo/marcho el mes que viene.

I´m still living in New York. I´m moving/leaving next month.

 

10. No me he mudado todavía

I haven´t moved yet.

 

11. Ya no vivo en Nueva York.

I´m not living in New York anymore*

 

Anymore siempre al final de la cláusula.

 

12. Ya me he mudado

I´ve already moved.

 

13. ¿Te has incorporado ya en la empresa?

Have you joined the company yet?

 

14. ¿Te has matriculado ya en el nuevo curso?

Have you signed for the new course yet?

 

15. Ya me he incorporado en la empresa.

I´ve already joined the company.

 

16. Ya he firmado el contrato, pero no me he incorporado a la compañía todavía.

I´ve already signed the contract, but I haven´t joined the company yet.

 

17. Sigo en mi antigua empresa. /empresa anterior. ¿Y tú qué tal?

I´m still in my old company. And what about you?

 

18. Ya no trabajo más en esa empresa

I´m not working in that company anymore

I´m no longer working in that company .

 

19. ¿Te lo han dicho/contado ya?

Have they told you yet?

 

20. ¿Todavía no te lo han dicho?

Haven´t they told you yet?

 

21. Sí. Ya me he enterado

Yes. I´ve aleady found (it) out

 

22. No me lo han dicho todavía

They haven´t told me yet.

 

23. Todavía estoy esperando que me lo digan

It´s still waiting for them to tell me.
